Our next group of calves have been weaned. These are just a few of our registrable heifers. Now comes the hard part, choosing who to keep, who to sell as yearlings, and who to move to the feedlot. The qualities we are looking for in these longhorns are different compared to other breeds.

The 3rd to last picture is our future Jr. Herd Sire- Bawitdaba (Levina X Bond). Grandsire is Kid Rock. If you know longhorns, you know this one. He will be covering the heifers we decide to keep. Definitely looking forward to his future here at Dimmerling Longhorns!
